Extreme Weather

It's not really a good sign when you get to the train station and the car park is devoid of almost all life at 0800 on a working day. Furthermore when the only ppl at the station are leaving almost as soon as they get there, something is definatly wrong.

The reason is posted on the station monitors:

"The current extreme weather conditions have resulted in all First ScotRail services being suspended until further notice. No alternative transport is available."

The Fourth Road bridge was also closed in both directions to all vehicles due the extreme winds. {it has since re-opened to most traffic but remains closed to high sided vehicles}

So looks like I won't be able to get into uni today, weather is supposed to be calming down, but that aint until the afternoon and all my lectures will be over by then. :S {looks like I coulda played cube for a bit longer then, dang sorry Alan}
